Cometh the hour, Cometh the man!

If you know me well, then its not too hard to guess who the man is. Its none other than Arsenal's Thierry Henry. The lethal marksman fired his way past Ian Wright's record at Prague despite being low on match fitness, match practice and moved to the treatment table for the last 7 weeks. That pretty much sums up TH14.
After yet another defeat, this time at the hands of a lowly West Bromwich Albion most of the Arsenal fans were praying for Henry's return at Prague. And finally something went Arsenal's way. Henry was available for the game and was put on the bench.( Now we are talking)
After an early retirement of Jose Reyes, due to some mindless tackles of the Czechs, AW was forced into an early substitution. This was the sight well awaited for.
THE INTRODUCTION OF HENRY!
Within five minutes of his arrival, it was 1-0 to the Arsenal. Henry got quite a few decent touches but his lack of match fitness was there to see. But his very presence had boosted the morale of the outfield players and more importantly the fans. Considering the current injury list, consisting of Campbell, Cole, Hleb and now Reyes, his return was all the more significant.
The match was nothing close to a classic and Arsenal seemed quite dull at times, and the inexperience of Clichy is a bother. He was caught out far too many times by the Czech winger Pospech. This shows how valuable Cole is. And another man of the moment is Kolo Toure. He marshalled the defence admirably. This was a completely flawless performance from the Ivory Coast player. But the match was worth the watch just for TH14's second goal. This was the moment we were looking forward to. Henry's 186th goal. A new Arsenal record at the age of 29.
Henry is probably the best player in Europe, and maybe the world and he deserves to play in a team which compliments his style. This may or may not be at Arsenal, considering the current situation at Arsenal. So we need not be too perplexed at Henry leaving the club at the end of the season because he deserves to play at a world-class club.

So wherever Henry maybe at the end of the season, his legacy at the club will live for eternity.
P.S: Coming soon- pictures of my wingmates. I promise you that it is worth the watch :D
Will be going to Blore this weekend, so no activity from my side for a while :)
